Map of Colombia

Cartagena is a beautiful colonial city situated on the caribian coast of Colombia. Originally built in the 18th century, these houses have been recently restored and repainted. Take a look at some scenes of Cartagena.

This beautifully coloured house is located in the San Diego plaza. Before a residential house, it has now been converted into a quaint restaurant.

One of the oldest streets in Cartagena.

A nice example of the style of balcony common to the era.

Some houses are waiting their turn for restauration. In the meantime, Nessy and Anna help brighten things up.

The same blue house as above provides another balcony example.

My friends Tom (USA), Ana and Nessy (locals).

The oldest house in the Trinity Plaza, recently remodeled by a German lady.
